Readers' Choice for the Day
You and our other readers are PhysOrg's driving force. Physorg community members help us and each other build a better place for science and technology news. Users rate stories, discuss them in the comments section, send news tips to their friends via email or social networks.
Now, PhysOrg.com introduces another feature created for you. It is intended as another means of advancing readers participation in building PhysOrg and helping other users reach the most interesting content.

Our Daily Readers' Choice idea is simple. Each day our PhysOrg community chooses their favorite story. Following the vote, PHYSorg will display the winning story on a special place on the main page of the website. The process is simple. While browsing PHYSorg content, readers can choose thier favorite story for the current day and promote it by clicking on "My Today's Favorite" button located at the top on the main page. The story that gets the most reader votes becomes "Readers' Choice" for that day.
Readers' Choice is updated once a day with a story that was chosen by a count of all readers from the day before. You can choose only one story as your favorite story.
In the event you have selected a story but subsequently find another more interesting story in your opinion -- don't worry. All you need to do is click "My Today's Top Story" button and the latest choice will replace the earlier favorite. It's that simple, our system will cancel out your first choice and replace it with your most recent favorite story.

PHYSorg archives previous Readers' Choice winning stories. You may search our daily archives here.
So, please stay involved. Vote for your favorite story today, promote it and help others find it on the home page of PhysOrg.com!
