Ian's frozen turkey products recalled

The U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Service announced the voluntary recall of approximately 12,894 pounds of Ian's frozen turkey products due to mislabeling.
Ian's Natural Foods of Revere, Mass., said the products might contain non-fat milk, a known allergen that's not declared on the labels, thereby posing a health hazard for people allergic to such ingredients.

The products being recalled, all with establishment number P-19011, were 8-oz. boxes of "Ian's Popcorn Turkey Corn Dogs, Crispy Batter Dipped Turkey Dogs" with a packaging date of 07099, 07114, 07120 or 07173.

The product was distributed in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Texas and Washington.

Also recalled were 8-oz. boxes of "Ian's Batter Dipped Turkey Sausage Dogs, Product of USA" with a packaging date of 07137. The sausage dogs were exported to Canada.

Consumers with questions can contact the company at 978-989-0601.
