Father, Mother, and ... what?

Surrogate? Birth Mum? It'd be nice if a new word was invented to describe the egg-donor that wasn't as emotionally charged as "surrogate" and more special-sounding than "birth mum."

Ideas anyone?

Which woman would they put the egg back in to? And would it matter?

Either way, there's still a lot to learn about how DNA talks to the rest of the cell before using this to create a person. Mitochondria has a FAR more stable genetic structure than the rest of our DNA and it always stays with the female line. Who knows what side effects it would get from swapping from one set of female nuclear DNA to another.
