Habitat for Mexican Spotted Owl to Stand

(AP) -- A U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service decision to designate 8.6 million acres in four western states as critical habitat for an endangered owl will stand, a federal judge has ruled.

Exactly what calculation was used to determine that a owl needs 9 million acres! STUPID!

I thought the US constitution protected citizens from taking property with out compensation.

Let evolution work. Creatures that can live with man prosper. Those that can't either adapt or die.
