(AP) -- Virtually anyone can edit an entry on Wikipedia, the popular online encyclopedia. But its founder is finding it's not so easy to cover his tracks after a messy breakup with a TV personality and a dustup over his expenses began playing out on the Web.

I realize that this is ancient, but things have gotten out of control for me.

Why did this social news article appear in PhysOrg?

Wikipedia is as rancid as Wales and his fetish for Ayn Rand. It is populated by bungling oafs who consider opinion and lies to be equal to facts. Their notion of NPOV means the holocaust denial scum get the same credence as history.

What is everyone's problem with Ayn Rand!? Anyhow, I still respect Wikipedia even though they tend to waste earned money, but not nearly as much as I respect www.answers.com

I love wikipedia, I love to learn and the fact that wiki has so much knowledge a few clicks away is wonderful.

As for Jimi Wales, I'm grateful to him for making it happen though i do think hes his share of problems. However I'm even more grateful to all the people who share their professional knowledge with us on wikipedia pages for little or no money.

Since Google tries to build a (profitable) competitor to Wikipedia, many people from various horizons try to let disregard Wiki, using dirty tricks.

    Disgusting.
