Court Upholds Tossing Craigslist Lawsuit
March 15, 2008 By MEGAN REICHGOTT, Associated Press Writer(AP) -- Craigslist should not be held liable for discriminatory housing ads posted on the popular Web site, a federal appeals court ruled Friday.
