8 hours early? Is that statistically significant?

So all these people assumed a premise, then set out to find data to fit it? That's what passes for science? That's not science, that's politics.

"Thirty years ago, the trees usually waited to bloom till around April 5"

The late 70's were the coldest period in USA history since about 1910.

What about the 30's ... when did they bloom?

1934 was the warmest year and the 30's were the warmest decade.

Oh wait :

"The date when the Yoshino cherry blossoms reach their peak bloom varies from year to year, depending on the weather. Unseasonably warm and/or cool temperatures have resulted in the trees reaching peak bloom as early as March 15 (1990) and as late as April 18 (1958)."

So in 1990 they bloomed 3 weeks early????

I think someone is lying here!!!!

Phrenology, that's what GlowBaal Warning hysteria depends on? I thought phrenology had been discredited back during the Maunder Minimum.
