China to Probe Online Text Message Spam
(AP) -- Chinese authorities said Monday they are investigating complaints that millions of cell phone users were spammed with unwanted text messages from advertisers.

In defiance of public interests. When the hell have you heard such an awesome statement coming out of the capitalist industry...? Not in the last 20 years or so.
Don`t get me wrong, i love our democracy, but we have to adopt a more "public interest" attitude when it comes to regulating big corporations, and make our industry like that of Japan`s industry.
Life is getting more expensive as everything seems to go up in price, while our income stays frozen, and in a lot of cases actually decreases due to outsourcing to third world countries(cant do anything about that).
Well the least the freaking government can do is ensure that our economy straightens out and has the pubic`s best interests in mind.
