new york is retarded. i am born and raised and still live in new york. the state legislature is famous for being the most corrupt in the nation. this law very clearly violates the constitutional prohbition on states regualting interstate commerce. Now the ny legilature try to steal money from every other state by imposing a tax which is obviously unconstitutional. this is an affront because they know they can't steal it. the corruption here is that they know the law will be shot down, and it's clear that some lawyers will profit much off the resulting litigation over a clearly unpassable law and this is why they passed the law, to give themselves a handout of work. disgusting

Go Amazon Go! ... a win here is good for everyone in every state. It should discourage other states from trying to pass similar legislation. Regardless of outcome, Amazon ought to phase out the so-called "online agent" if possible.
