Fed report says climate change risks crops, water
May 28th, 2008 By JUDITH KOHLER, Associated Press Writer(AP) -- Climate change is increasing the risk of U.S. crop failures, depleting the nation's water resources and contributing to outbreaks of invasive species and insects, according to a federal report released Tuesday.
