Wisconsin governor signs Great Lakes compact
May 28, 2008 By JOHN HARTZELL, Associated Press Writer(AP) -- Gov. Jim Doyle has signed legislation making Wisconsin the fifth state to approve an interstate compact aimed at protecting the Great Lakes.
