Google shows off 'Android' software for mobile phones

(AP) -- Google Inc. showed off its nearly completed mobile software system to about 3,000 computer programmers Wednesday, hoping to cultivate more services and advertising for people on the go.

    There are already a lot of programs for Android available on the net, including our site http://www.androi...are.org/ After the Developer Challenge even more programs will be released to public. Google made a smart move to start the buzz even before the platform itself was ready to go. I think we'll see much more from Android soon.
