Scientists troubleshoot Mars lander

(AP) -- Scientists troubleshooting the Phoenix lander said Monday they will try one last shake to get a scoopful of Martian dirt inside a tiny oven in hopes of jump-starting their study of Mars' north pole region.

How about asking some of our own home grown back hoe operators about this problem. They spent a liftime on machines doing just that. They just might have some ideas to try out.- report abuse
