Ancient cave linked to early Christians in Jordan
June 11, 2008 By DALE GAVLAK , Associated Press Writer(AP) -- Archaeologists in Jordan have discovered a cave underneath one of the world's oldest churches and say it may have been an even more ancient site of Christian worship. But outside experts expressed caution about the claim.

It should be pointed out that the exhibit will soon be opening at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, which is a state-run institution -- a fact that raises obvious First Amendment (i.e., church-state) concerns, particularly in view of the fact that the "Jewish" interpretation of the scrolls has been downplayed and excluded by the exhibitors.
