New Wash. law bans hand-held phones while driving

It's un-enforceable in a normal, everyday context. So what does it mean really? It means more gestapo like safety traps (I mean checks) and most important to the state, a revenue generator. As a cyclist, I applaud the move as it might help me from becoming road kill. When not cycling though, it's one along with mandatory seat belts usage that I will routinely break. Hopefully though, it will scare those incapable of walking and talking at the same time into compliance.
