Citibank ATM breach reveals PIN security problems
July 1, 2008 By JORDAN ROBERTSON , AP Technology Writer(AP) -- Hackers broke into Citibank's network of ATMs inside 7-Eleven stores this year and stole customers' PIN codes, according to recent court filings that revealed a disturbing security hole in the most sensitive part of a banking record.

It's nice how they use 'hacker', which implies it was done by someone outside of the company, when chances are it's going to turn out that there were employees, at the very least, involved.- report abuse
