EU musicians oppose Europe-wide online licensing
July 3, 2008 By KIMBERLY CHOW , Associated Press Writer(AP) -- The Bee Gees' Robin Gibb and other European music composers warned Thursday that standardizing music royalties across Europe could hurt musicians and the songs they write.

So, they want to get rid of 27 small monopolies and just have one big monopoly for all of the EU? Or am I missing something?- report abuse
