Keisha DeLapp, left, holds a picture of her older sister Amanda, who in 1984, died and her liver donated to Trine Engebretsen, who is seen in the photo that DeLapp's mother, Alisha, is holding at their home in Mayfield, Ky., June 16, 2008.
