    Seems biased towards consoles.

Consoles give the option of awesome graphics and large amounts of memory to people who can't afford to/can't be bothered upgrading their pcs. MMO's seem to be keeping pc gaming alive but at least here the majority of gamers seem to be console fans. It's the cheaper alternative and there is no shortage of games.

I've even switched all online FPS over to the consoles myself!

Cheaper alternative? You need to buy all three consoles in order to play games which are restricted to just one console! For that much money you can buy a decent gaming computer that has far superior graphical capability to any of those outdated, unupgradeable consoles. The mystery isn't why computer gaming is still alive, it's why console gaming hasn't died off like it deserves too.

And it will die off. Consoles are already almost PCs as it is. In a few short years we won't have consoles anymore, we'll have cheap, locked down (ie, useless), propitiatory gaming PCs:). Well done console market, keep it up.
