Court keeps cell tower backup rules on hold

(AP) -- More than a year after they were introduced, federal rules intended to keep cell phone towers operating during natural disasters remain in limbo.

    Once again shareholders desire for profit is allowed to eclipse societies need for decent behaviour. Is it really necessary for people to die followed by a class action to git er done.
