EPA: Few volunteering to cut greenhouse gases

(AP) -- Voluntary pollution-reduction programs touted by the Bush administration as part of the solution to global warming have "limited potential" to reduce greenhouse gases, according to an internal government watchdog.

    No surprise, considering the parties in question, the former of which has been stalking me for the express purpose of rating all of my posts as "1;" this because he is unable to mount a cogent rational argument to support his beliefs.

    In short, he's a coward and an intellectual fraud.
