Yet another example of Bush interfering in the will of the people!

Although I can't help but notice the irony here, as Al Gore's family fortunes were made entirely from tobacco, so a veto would help him the most. Kinda makes you wonder about the true democracy of America.

The will of the people ... yeah right. Just wait til they go after something you like to do that is considered dangerous. They want an outright ban, but are too gutless to propose that, instead they will tax and regulate tobacco out of commercial existence. This is one of those meddling "feel good" bills and if it passes, another strike against free choice. In this rare instance I'm siding with Bush. Stick it up your arse Congress, you idiots don't rule me.

as much as i am against tobacco, and conservatism, i have the agree with congress partially. i wish they would just ban it outright, so no one ever has to deal with it all and we can just forget about cigarettes.
