In era of pills, fewer shrinks doing talk therapy

(AP) -- Cartoons about the psychiatrist's couch were recently the subject of a museum exhibition. Now, the couch itself may be headed for a museum. A new study finds a significant decline in psychotherapy practiced by U.S. psychiatrists.

    Medications that slow the "uptake" of brain cell sewage do "calm" the patient, save the psycotherapists time, and make money for him and drug makers, and addict the patient! Shame!, Shame! Go back in business! We need you!
