When did they file this lawsuit? After the Wii generated enough revenue to make it financially attractive to cut themselves a piece?

Its basically an IR camera with motion sensitive gyros. Both have been around for quite a while, so I'm not sure how they managed to patent putting them together. Can't help but think about Flight of the Conchords camera-phone when I read this.
