Comcast to make monthly Internet use cap official

(AP) -- Comcast Corp., the nation's second-largest Internet service provider, Thursday said it would set an official limit on the amount of data subscribers can download and upload each month.

250GB is a fair limit. I don't think I even downloaded a quarter of that amount before. I'd prefer a torrent throttle more than a bandwidth limit, but overall, their offer is very reasonable.
