I learned long ago that when work is of critical importance, never rely on anyone else's resources to get it done, because Murphy's Law requires that resource to be unavailable to you at the time you most need it. So, I don't do online apps, ever. (Security is another reason to keep one's apps and data to oneself.)
GIGO still applies. Extracted knowledge is only as good as the programmer's algorithms and the available database of information.
