    120/80 MB/sec times.

I'm chomping at the bit. The future is coming!

It's safe to ignore most of the negative reviews... Either their motherboard is incompatible or they've got their virtual memory on the drive.

As one reviewer says: "Create a ramdisk and dump virtual memory and other apps swap on their. Don't disable virtual memory."

Although the computer will work with no VM, some applications may fail to run...

I'd be curious to know if you could set the VM to the mimimum (2 MB) on the drive and how that would affect performance/stability.

VM on SST would probably destroy it by too many writes.

No it's not. A lot of cheap SSDs, including the OCZ core, use a flawed JMicron IO controller internally and have problems with random write performance.
