    I am surprised that anyone can get Netflix's streaming service to work. I have a very stable fiber optic connection and cannot get Netflix's streaming service to work.

    Amazon's streaming service, on the other hand, always works well.

    I use Netflix streaming and never once had difficulty with their service. Their selection, however is still fairly off-beat.

    I had trouble with two out of three computers that I own, but Netflix tech support was great. In both cases the problem was how the computers were set up, not anything to do with the video stream as such.
