Does it matter? You'll surely claim they are when you don't find alien outposts or whatever kind of nonsense it is you're looking for.

The spacecraft is now 1,000 kilometres (600 miles) from the moon
...to enable the spacecraft to enter lunar orbit on Saturday and position itself about 100 kilometres from the moon's surface

This must be a typo I can drive 900 km ina day it must be in some kind of orbit now (unstable orbit/) or a lot further than 1000 km if it will take 4 days to get to 100 km off the moon

I find it stunningly callous that a country steeped in poverty and rural decay can even begin to consider spending millions on "space exploration" before they have even figured out how to feed their starving population, end rampant ethnic violence, root out vicious terrorists and put a stop to a 12th century religious mentality that espouses cow-worship, female denigration and a humiliating caste system.

Is there any country in the world without proverty?
Is there any country totally escaped from bad effects of terrorism?
India is famous in it's unity in diversity, this country have both high rich peoples and very poor ones. But remember it is one of the big Democratic nation, here people only decides what the nation to do.. all of them support the nation for the progress, they are happy with it.. If it is in the wrong way Indian peoples will be the first one protest and (they only have the right)even before others, so don't become aggressive... India is progressing with on her own research and unity

I am issuing an urgent plea to the planet Zontar to please invade as soon as possible to validate the world-view of these people so they don't feel the need to share it anymore.

All Hail Planet Zontar!

Cost of mission $80million. Population of India 1.1billion. Only $0.07 per capita and it opens up the potentially lucrative lunar shipping industry. Not a bad investment.
