(AP) -- An increasing number of countries worldwide are making spreading HIV a crime, according to a new report from the International Planned Parenthood Federation.

    Knowing you have a deadly disease, then knowingly exposing someone else to the disease, is attempted murder, if that person dies, you just committed murder. This is common sense, only planned parenthood and gay activists disagree.

    In Canada, if you are a man and you purposely infect a woman with an STD, it is a crime. It should be the same but isnt if your a man. Discrimination anyone..... planned parenthood is discriminating agaist men and gay activists are aiding them.

    Good article. I was unaware of this discrimination, and I live in British Columbia! I particularly like that last line calling for equal punishment or none at all. It's like freethinking said: It's attempted murder knowingly passing HIV on.
