Burlington, Vt., is healthiest city, CDC says

(AP) -- What's the healthiest city in America? It appears to be Burlington, Vt. Vermont's largest city is tops among U.S. metropolitan areas by having the largest proportion of people - 92 percent - who say they are in good or great health.

    i wonder if burlingotn will remain the top healthiest city after the social and demographic affects of the knowledge contained within this article are fully distributed through the public sphere. i can just imagine thousads of cancer patients flocking to live there after hearing about this article. if not cancer patients, jus otherwise ill people who are hoping to improve their health by being in the ever so healthy burlington.

    awards like this are a death sentence.
