    Yes, this is certainly a very important aspect of this story, without it the reader would be unable to put things into perspective.

    What makes Papua's HIV/AIDS problem so bad, in short, is sex, according to health experts.


    Another brilliant statement.

    Sex is the same as everywhere else of course. What makes problem so bad is the lack of education, health infrastructure and preventive measures.
