They tried that in the US but when the government subsidies expired the wind farm became less attractive.

Wait until energy prices start to skyrocket. Electricity WILL hit 1$/kwh eventually. I know its about 10 cents now, but when it goes up, these will all look like great investments.

Energy prices will not hit $1 without enough people dying for the demand to drop far enough for the prices to drop below $1. Unless you're referring to inflation in which case you're looking at another 10,000% inflation for that to happen.

It took Italy about 600 years to do that.

Gasoline never initially costed $0.12 per gallon.

Gasoline and electricity are not analogous. You seem to draw a lot of parallels that don't have any real basis.
