(AP) -- As brightly colored fish dart in and out of the rocks scattered in a small aquarium, a bewildering melody follows each of their movements.

How about software that would give blind fish a little appreciation for the visitors marching by the tanks? For example, as old folks walk by, elevator music could play. A group young folks would evoke blasts of Hip Hop and Rap through the tank--a group of nuns, church music..etc. Very little is being done for fish with disabilities. Hopefully, this will change.
