Sign in front of Yahoo! headquarters in Sunnyvale, California. Rights groups called on Google, Yahoo! and Microsoft on Friday not to censor their Web search engines one day next week to help protest cyber censorship.

Rights groups called on Google, Yahoo! and Microsoft on Friday not to censor their Web search engines one day next week to help protest cyber censorship.

"World Day Against Cyber Censorship is a day to advance and celebrate a free Internet as an open window to the world and denounce the attacks made on the free flow of information online," Reporters Without Borders and Amnesty International said in a letter to the tech giants.

"In the spirit of fostering freedom of expression, we are asking that you do not censor any of your search engines or blog platforms anywhere around the world on this day," they said.

"We urge you, on March 12th, to champion the vision of the Internet as a free space for everyone, regardless of nationality or geographic location, and fulfill the idea of a truly worldwide Web -- even if just for one day.

"This would send a strong message to all "netizens" - individuals, organizations and states alike - that censorship online is not the only way forward," they said.

RSF and Amnesty said that currently, "there are more than two dozen countries restricting Internet access on a regular basis."

They said they "understand the challenges of operating in countries that restrict Internet access; these countries are trying to pressure you to obey local laws that do not comport with international law and standards that protect freedom of expression.

"But complying with local demands that violate international law does not justify your actions," they said.

"Your assistance allows states, such as China, to out-right ban access to information on 'human rights,' 'dalai lama,' 'Charter 08' or 'democracy,' as well as to respected human rights websites."

China exercises strict control over the Internet, blocking sites linked to Chinese dissidents, the outlawed Falun Gong spiritual movement, the Tibetan government-in-exile and those with information on the 1989 Tiananmen massacre.

A number of US companies, including Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft and Cisco, have been hauled before the US Congress in recent years and accused of complicity in building what has been called the "Great Firewall of China."

Google has been criticized for complying with Chinese government's demands to filter Internet searches to eliminate query results regarding topics such as democracy or Tiananmen Square.

RSF staged the first "World Day Against Cyber Censorship" last year and plans to mark the day with a report on the state of Internet freedom worldwide.

Examples of yhoo, goog censorship of my work:
Yhoo prevents the posting of this message on finance board:

The fbi/cia thugs, kidnappers, torturers, assassins, burglars, etc., obtain all the money they need for their criminal operations from multiple sources: Congress, Illegal drug operations and money laundering schemes, theft and seizure of Targets' assets, blackmail, theft (including burglary & robbery) and the stock markets around the globe. The two corrupt groups regularly tap into the equities, commodities and futures markets for guaranteed huge profits. the SEC and other federal agencies ignore these criminal market manipulations because the fbi/cia are "securing the USA from terrorist attacks and are at the same defending freedom."
Recently, I attempted to present evidence of the fbi/cia illicit financial market activities on the Yahoo finance message boards; my efforts to place a message was in response to a report on the corruption of financial institutions on the same message board by a different author. However, shortly after I signed in and attempted to post my messages, the fbi/cia caused error number 999 to appear, thus permanently preventing me from posting any message on the yahoo message board. Yahoo pretends that the error number is common;here is the Yahoo notice to me:
"Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999."
Furthermore, the corrupt congress of the USA is aware of and allows market manipulations under the authority of its various intel, budgetary and oversight committees; also the intel courts have inside scoop regarding fbi/cia fraud in the money markets as a result of the secret courts' reviews of the global criminal activities of the fbi/cia assassins and torturers.

** Similar report on same message board, feb. 23, 2009, AM:
CENSORSHIP Damages Yahoo! Boards! 58 minutes ago Posts and opinions are being systematically censored and deleted on the Yahoo! DuPont board(DD). To the extent objective data and differing opinions are deleted without explanation (no profanity, no proprietary information, no violation of Yahoo! rules for participation) and suppressed, these Yahoo forums will lose value for investors and readers.

Likely culprits behind organised censoring would be the unethical supporters and operatives of corporate Management on damage control duty!

    Yahoo! needs to investigate. ...funfun..

As of March 6, 2009, Google also refuses to respond to my requests for participation in its programs (i.e.: 'ad sense'); Google also now apparently allows the fbi/cia to manipulate at will the search results associated with the name 'geral sosbee'.

Google presumes to be the world leader in search; for now it is in
fact. Yahoo and MSFT must eventually strike a deal just to play in the
same market competitively. However, if the fbi/cia/nsa, etc. continue
the present practice of control over certain aspects of search data
(such as stifling fee speech & manipulation of content and numbers),then the world will seek a new source for search that is more consistent with the nature and quality of IT; this means free flow of data for the benefit of Mankind, not just to serve the intel interests of the thugs and assassins of fbi/cia.QUESTIONS! geral sosbee

    December 11, 2007

Psycholectronic assaults (via pulse microwave, extremely low frequency sound waves, or other directed energy technology) continue against Sosbee 24/7 (now into the 4th year; 10 years of cover research); the assaults are increased between the hours of about 7PM-10AM nightly with the apparent purpose of draining energy from my body and at the same time weakening my natural immune systems. Other symptoms also continue as previously reported, such as headaches, mood swings, indications associated with sleep deprivation, etc. Also note that the fbi can actually manipulate the degree of relative states of awakeness; for example, last night the fbi used the directed energy intensely to cause this Target to be completely exhausted, but a few minutes later, this Target feels wide awake in the middle of the night as though he had a good night's sleep; then, a few minutes later, this Target is again completely exhausted.

Ah yes. The old "they're using magic/teknology/alienpowers to drain my mojo" complaint. Crazies have been beating that drum for thousands of years.

Fortunately now we have hospitals for people like that. Well, in civilized counties we do, anyway. Maybe not in the US.

We in the USA do have a way to help such unfortunate victims.

They may simply fashion a classic aluminum foil hat (AKA Tinfoil Reflector Beanie) to protect themselves from the Orbital Mind Control Laser. Instructions are available at the this website:

    http://zapatopi.net/afdb/

For Google Mind Control Web Diagrams the use of Mirror Shades is recommended.

Burning Chrome incense offers protection from air born attacks such as Love Potion Number 9.

Sorry about being a bit behind.

I usually only comment on internet paranoia at Betanews.com where many believe that Microsoft is out to destroy minds. Little do they know that the Pentium Conspiracy is the real source and Bill is just another of Andy Grove's henchmen.

That site you linked to is poorly written which may be due to it's having been written by an Italian. It may even be a joke but badly done. Black on dark gray is a stupid idea if you want to communicate. The rest of the site does not have that problem, at least the front page doesn't. The Italian language is at present beyond my will to deal with.

    For more conspiracy fun:

Which is one reason I find conspiracy theory in general risible.

The American Public and the FCC need to keep an eye on ISPs. Comcast has been censoring conservative message board posters in my opinion. Because dominant ISP Comcast is a gateway to the internet, they control many eyeballs. Comcast's systematic censoring of conservative opinions on their News & Current Events message boards needs to cease and desist. If Comcast gets tax breaks from local government, then they have a civic, ethical, moral and perhaps legal obligation to provide fair and balanced moderation of their message boards. This type of social engineering is an outrage. Please get involved. Silence is consent. Post a conservative response to a News or Current Events thread here and see for yourself.

Sosbee thanks the 'obsessed-with-mojo fool' and invites the small mind to identify himself, so as to take credit for the swipe. The LD welcomes such
low creatures as the gopher into their company.
