Administration unveils new energy program
Bush administration officials Monday announced a new program to reduce household energy costs by 10 percent during the next decade.
The Partnership for Home Energy Efficiency will reportedly provide energy saving solutions for households, while also supporting research and implementation of new energy efficiency technologies.
The program will be coordinated by the Department of Energy, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
