May 10, 2006

SK Telecom has formed a joint venture with Warner Music that will develop music and entertainment delivery for South Korea's booming digital music business.

WS Entertainment will be majority owned by Warner and will leverage SK Telecom's technical prowess into an end-to-end source for customers seeking access to Warner's Korean artists.
