Activity increases at Indonesia's Mount Merapi volcano

(AP) -- Worried villagers performed rituals aimed at warding off an eruption as activity increased at Indonesia's Mount Merapi, one of the world's most active volcanos, with repeated bursts of red-hot lava, hot gases and ash, officials said Saturday.
