In Brief: Good's technology links Lotus to wireless

Good Technology said Monday its new mobile messaging service allows the use of Lotus Notes on a variety of wireless devices.

The Santa Clara, Calif., company's Good Mobile Messaging for IB Lotus Domino provides secure wireless links with Palm's Treo, Nokia E61, Motorola's Q and other similar devices.

Good said in a news release that the product fits in with the growing market for support for mobile employees. Primary strengths include collaboration capabilities and the ability to connect to third-generation wireless networks and WiFi worldwide through Good GlobalConnect.

Good Mobile Messaging for Lotus will be available to the public next month.
