In Brief: Wireless-device sales seen at 314M by 2010

Wireless-device sales worldwide will reach 314 million by 2010, according to one research group.

Boston-based Strategy Analytics reported that game consoles, MP3 players and wireless televisions will push more people to buy wireless products.

"Wireless is used on the PC first, but we fully expect many other digital devices to follow the same path to wireless connectivity," said Peter King, the director of connected home devices service.
