A bandage can be seen on the right shin of First lady Laura Bush, left, as she stands with President Bush during a Hanukkah celebration at the White House in Washington Monday, Dec. 18, 2006. First lady Laura Bush had a skin cancer tumor removed from her right shin in early November. The procedure was not disclosed until Monday night.
