SAP to Snap Up OutlookSoft

(AP) -- Business software maker SAP AG on Tuesday fired another shot in its duel with Oracle Corp. by announcing plans to buy OutlookSoft Corp. and its line of technology products tailored for budgeting and financial forecasts.
