IU Physicists to get their 'glue-on'

This machine accelerates a beam of electrons to an energy of 12 billion electron-volts before they pass through a diamond crystal, which produces linearly polarized photons. These photons will strike a liquid hydrogen target and interact with the quarks in the protons, possibly creating exotic glue-rich particles.
