Inversiones Morcote is certified by Germany-based FLO-Cert GmbH for pursuing socially and environmentally sustainable agricultural practices. Some US consumer advocates complain that Colombia\'s cut-flower industry, the second largest in the world, is ignoring market trends and relying too heavily on the use of pesticides.
