Wal-Mart Fires Worker Over Eavesdropping

(AP) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Monday that it has fired a Wal-Mart systems technician for recording phone conversations between the company's PR office and a newspaper reporter and for intercepting text messages without authorization.
