Network engineer and part-time student, Thomas Mahoney, 21, of Dublin, Ga. poses by the main network controller at Hillcrest Elementary in Dublin, Ga. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2007. He is just one of more than 13 million people between the ages of 19 to 29 without health coverage. (AP Photo/Jenna Findlan)
