the CFO or Chief Financial Manager is a high standing position in any company. he reports to the board and CEO and carries out vary tasks and assignments for them. they are regarded as the second in the company to the CEO himself. CFO offers high command capabilities for individuals and allows them to exercise there leadership qualities under such projects as debt refinancing as so on. a position as CFO should be viewed as one with options and links, however usually is given to someone who has vast amounts of experience in the industry.
